We require a security bond for all hires to cover any significant damage or loss of our dresses during the rental period. This bond is processed at the time of booking and typically ranges between $20 and $60. Once the dress is returned in good condition, the full amount will be refunded. However, if additional professional cleaning is necessary, a portion of the bond may be retained to cover those costs.

We are based in Sydney's east but happily ship Sydney wide. A flat postage fee of $25 applies to all orders and we ship via Australia Post Express and tracked. 

If a garment is returned severely damaged beyond repair or is lost, the hirer will be responsible for covering the remaining balance up to the full retail value of the dress. In certain situations, and at our discretion, we may reduce this amount based on factors such as the age of the garment and with the cooperation of the hirer.

We offer a Sydney-based drop-off service upon request for added convenience. Pricing starts from $10 and may vary depending on your location.

The cost of dry cleaning is imbedded within the hire price, so please dont attempt to clean the garment yourself to prevent further damage. We understand that things can happen out of your control, and minor stains/dirtiness are usually able to come out easily without us needing to keep any of your bond.
